Season the chicken
Cut chicken into chunks. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin. Toss to coat evenly.

Cook the chicken
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high with a little oil. Cook chicken 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Prep rice and beans
Cook rice per packet instructions. Warm black beans in a small pan and season lightly.

Build your bowl
Add rice first, then arrange chicken, black beans, avocado and salad on top. Finish with a squeeze of lime.
